Stockholm HR is a small consultancy firm with ambition! 

The firm is founded by Sofie Åkerberg Woodburn who has worked in the industry for over 20 years. Through her career she has always had a passion for bringing cultures and people on a journey and connecting the HR and organisational needs and wants with what matters to people in order to create real change, real commitment and real engagement. 

We strive to help your organisation to be or become an even better version of itself. Organisations go through maturity cycles and and each phase as different pressures and opportunities. Stockholm HR has the ambition to be there to push you forward and help reach success. We know that often it is not the big leaps that make big changes but the small day-to-day steps. As part of our mission, Stockholm HR wants to give organisations the opportunity to concentrate on the core business and to do so, we offer both  temporary help or guidance.
